It is your duty to check the booking details and advise straightway of any errors or omissions.
Information about you:
We hold information about you on our systems to facilitate the service you have booked with us, or to administer our business. This information, from time to time, maybe used to contact you about our services and products.
We respect your privacy and your information will never be shared with 3rd parties.
If you prefer not to receive information from us, please do advise us in writing or email.
Cancellation of booking by the customer:
All monies paid are non-refundable, unless in the case of force majeure, when we will transfer monies paid to an alternative booking date.
We may cancel your booking with us if you are in breach of our Terms & Conditions or policies. You will be asked to immediately leave the site without refund.

Cancellation by the business – Events outside our control – Force Majeure:
In exceptional circumstances it may be necessary for us to cancel your booking, if deemed absolutely necessary.
We shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under our contract with you that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (such as serious damage to the venue, serious adverse weather conditions, flooding, a pandemic or epidemic, or interruption or failure of utility services such as electric power, gas or water etc this list is not exhaustive) known as a Force Majeure event.
In these circumstances of a Force Majeure event, we shall use every effort to notify you as soon as is reasonably practical. If, as a result of such events, we believe we have no alternative but to cancel your booking, we will refund to you amounts paid to us.
Our sole liability to you shall be to refund any money you have paid to us towards the booking.
We shall not be liable for any consequential losses of any nature.
Cancellations by Bramley Events LTD
If, for some reason, Bramley Events LTD has to cancel the booking at any stage, we will provide a full refund on any monies paid on the booking.
In the event of extreme weather whereby access to the site may become impaired or inaccessible, we do not have to notify or refund to disturbances to current or upcoming stays as long as we can provide an alternative. For example, parking no more than 1km from the site field and carrying items into the hired area.
Health & Safety
It should be noted that the site is situated on a working farm, and as such there may be various hazards. We do our utmost to ensure the safety or our visitors, but cannot guarantee that all parts of the farm are completely free from hazards. You enter any of our sites and premises at your own risk.
As an example, but not limited to, there may be areas of rough ground which may present a trip hazard and so please take care under foot. In addition, after heavy rain the ground in some areas can become slippery. You should take care, and wear suitable footwear to minimise the possibility of injury. Tent guide ropes are another obvious trip hazard which you need to be aware of.
Due to the extensive nature of the camping facilities, and the ambience of the area, we do not provide artificial lighting for wild campers. To ensure your safety you should bring a torch or lantern to help you when walking after dark.
Guests are to remain within the parameters of the event field and entrance to the event field itself and are not permitted to go to any other part of the site in which the event is set upon.
Guests are not to enter staff areas, including but not limited to, boiler cupboards, storage cupboards, or fenced areas.
The event field is set in a rural location, with many animal made and natural hazards. Uneven and slippery surfaces, animal burrows to name just a few. We have deep water ponds and ditches located onsite. We are a working farm with movements of livestock, roaming animals in our fields and vehicles. You should exercise care to prevent personal injury.
Swimming in any of our waters in strictly forbidden.
Entrance into the woods directly connected to the site is also at your own risk, U18s should be accompanied by an adult at ALL times
In extreme winds or adverse weather, do not pitch under trees at the edge of our camping field to eliminate the risk of injury or damage. It is your duty to check the weather forecast and allow clearance from potential falling trees.
You are liable for choosing your pitch and we recommend to not pitch within falling distance of trees. If you do, you do so at your own risk.
Consideration to others
At peak times there may be queues for showers.
We would ask you to be considerate to others when using the shower facility when there is a queue waiting.
Beauty of location
The site is based in an area classified as a “National Park” as it’s in the South Downs National Park.
Please help us to be considerate towards our local habitats and nature.
You are not permitted to bring your own firewood or collect it from the local surroundings. Firewood must be purchased from the site manager at the campsite reception office.
BBQ
You should not locate a BBQ (alit or spent) or log fire inside any structure e.g. tent, gazebo or pup tent. These represent a serious fire and or carbon-monoxide risk.
Out of Hours emergencies
Any situation where a crime is being committed or you require the Fire Brigade or an ambulance – call 999. Our post code is BN26 5PH.
There is a local Minor Injuries Department based at Eastbourne Station Health Centre, Eastbourne Station, Terminus Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex BN21 3QJ Tel: 01323 726650.

How to find us
Our Post Code for Satnavs is BN26 5PH. We are based approximately half a mile down Wannock Road from the Junction with the Harvester Restaurant.
Once heading down Wannock Road you will then see a layby and signage for the entrance to Bramley Camping through the gate. Drive up the path and follow the signs for camping.
We are also listed on Google Maps which will give you pin point directions to us.
Touching our animals
Animals in their natural environment may contain a number of diseases, known as “zoonosis”.
We do not want your holiday spoilt by being unwell. Please do not touch the animals or the electric fences surrounding our animal areas.
Pets
Well behaved dogs are permitted on site. They must be kept on leads and you must pick up your dog’s mess.
Dogs are not permitted in any of our facilities at any time. This includes but is not limited to, toilets, showers, reception and food areas.
Fire Risk
Tents must not be pitched less than 6 metres apart, including guide ropes etc.
The lighting and release of sky lanterns (“Chinese lanterns”) is not permitted.
Smoking is prohibited inside the site buildings, including the toilet & showers.
This extends to the use of electronic cigarettes.
All waste/cigarette butts etc should be placed in the bins/ashtray provided.
We, Bramley Event LTD, reserve the right to ban all types of fire equipment including but not limited to, BBQ’s, gas stoves, stoves, and firepits in the event that we deem it unsafe to be used.
For example, a heatwave but not limited to this example. We do not need to allow for prior notification of this and this is strictly not a reason for a stay to be refunded.
A fine of £100 may be enforced if the prior and following firepit rules are not followed.
Firepits are hired with agreement to the following terms:
All ash to be placed in the metal ash bin at the entrance to the camping field before handing the firepit back to reception.
You should not locate a BBQ (alit or spent) or log fire inside any structure e.g. tent, gazebo or pup tent. These represent a serious fire and or carbon-monoxide risk.
All firepits and barbecues must be kept off the ground at all times to prevent any damage to the grass or surroundings.
No fires are allowed on open ground under any circumstances.
All fires and barbeques must be lit away from gas supplies or anything combustible.
They must not be placed on any furniture, such as picnic tables, provided by Bramley Events LTD. You will be liable for any damages.
Once lit, no fires or barbeques must be left unattended for any length of time.
Under absolutely no circumstances can you burn natural wood, logs (our tree stump seats) or any wood collected from around the National Park site.
Before use, check that your firepit or barbeque is in full working order. If you find any issues please immediately report them to management and do not use it.
Be mindful of any sharp edges that may be on firepits or barbeques.
Children and pets are to be supervised around open fires or barbeques at all times.
No one under 18 is able to use the firepits or barbeques provided.
Only use the firepits on a flat and stable surface.
Always have a bucket or sand or water available when the firepit or barbeque is in use in the event of a fire emergency.
Never move a firepit or barbeque until it is completely cool.
Ensure a distance of 10m from your tent for any firepits or barbeque at all times.
If the grill has been used on our firepits, please clean to original condition before handing back.
You agree to safety and carefully ignite, extinguish and use the firepit at all times.
Any persons bringing their own fire equipment including but not limited to; firepits, stoves, BBQ’s, and cooking equipment must abide by the safety rules above and Bramley Events LTD take no liability for the loss or damage to goods.
Any persons to be found breaking any of these rules or conditions will be asked to leave the park immediately with no refund.
Liability
Please note we do not accept any liability for loss or injury or death howsoever caused other than as a result of our negligence.
Please think carefully about what you bring with you and keep your valuables with you at all times.
We are in a remote and relatively crime-free are but we can’t take responsibility for valuables on site, including vehicles and their contents in the Car Park.
Whilst we endeavour to keep our website up to date, we cannot be held liable for errors and omission.
Enjoyment for all
For the peaceful enjoyment of all our customers, we respectfully ask that no noise is made between 10pm and 7:30am.
At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to stop any activity which we believe is likely to cause damage to the property of the business, annoyance to others on site or to risk the safety of visitors to our site.
Changing these terms and conditions
The business reserves the right to change, alter or amend our terms and conditions & policies, as the business sees fit, without prior notice.
Feedback and complaints
We hope that you find all aspects of your time with us enjoyable. If anything can be done to enhance your time with us, whilst you are still with us, please talk to a member of our team.

Law
Your booking is non-transferable and is subject to the laws of England.
Your statutory rights are not affected
Noise & Behaviour
Due consideration must be given to the quiet enjoyment of other guests. Use of loud, foul or intimidating language or behaviour will not be tolerated. Young persons must be in their own accommodation by 10pm, and quiet must be observed between 10pm and 7.30am.
Sound travels on a still night so this means no amplified stereos/radios, loud musical or percussion instruments are allowed on site.
If these rules are not observed, campsite management has the right to terminate your trip with immediate effect. In this instance you will not be refunded.
Safety of children
You are responsible for the behaviour of your children at all times. Always know where your children are.
Vehicles
The speed limit throughout the campsite is 5mph for all vehicles
No commercial vehicles
No caravans
No Motorhomes
Any unnecessary damage to ground caused by driving, dangerous driving, including but not exclusive to drifting, skidding, handbrake turning and wheel spinning will result in a fine of £100 and immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
We do welcome small and long wheelbase campervans, i.e VW Campers, Ford Transit and Mercedes Sprinter styles.
Late arrivals/no shows/early departures
We will assume that you/your group will arrive on and stay for the dates specified in your booking.
If you or part of your group does not stay for one/some of the dates specified in the original booking we will not offer refunds of any kind for the nights that you/part of your group were not on the site grounds.
Again, this includes because of ill health, family matters, work commitments, travel problems or bad weather.
Legal
Thomas Checkley Trading as Bramley Events LTD (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, “our” or “the business”) is the owner of the business.
The contract for booking a stay with us is between the “Customer” and Thomas Checkley Trading as Bramley Events LTD of 4 Wannock Gardens, Polegate, BN26 5PA.
The lead name in a booking is the “Customer” and enters into a contract with us when the fees are paid and you agree to our Policies, Terms & Conditions.
The booking confirmation letter / email / telephone call and these Terms and Conditions, form a contract between the customer and us. The “other information” forms our Policies.
You should read both of these carefully as you will be bound legally by the terms & conditions.
The Customer and all their guests must obey our Policies and Terms and Condition.
